Starlina Roserie is a banking executive and corporate leader with over a decade of experience in financial services in the Eastern Caribbean. Currently serving as Head of St. Kitts Operations and Corporate Banking at The Bank of Nevis Limited, she oversees strategic business planning, branch operations, and credit portfolios, driving performance and client engagement across the St. Kitts & Nevis market.

Prior to her current role, Starlina held leadership positions at CIBC FirstCaribbean and RBC Royal Bank of Canada, where she managed country-wide banking performance, led corporate banking portfolios, and built a reputation for excellence in credit underwriting, relationship management, and business development.

Starlina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of the West Indies and an MBA in Chartered Banking from Bangor University. She is also a certified graduate of Harvard’s ManageMentor Leadership Development Program.

Deeply committed to community impact, she serves as Corporate Secretary of the local Bankers and Financial Services Association, a past Director of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and Service Projects Director of the Rotary Club of St. Kitts.
