Ms. Leah Crag-Chaderton is a strategic and grounded leader who serves as Director at the Ministry of Small Business, Entrepreneurship, Cooperatives & the Creative Economy. With a focus on empowering MSMEs, she brings a thoughtful blend of legal experience, policy expertise, and a deep commitment to inclusive economic growth.

Armed with an LLB, LEC, and an MSc (with Distinction) in International Trade Policy, her work bridges the worlds of law, development, and economic transformation.

A Rotarian since 2011, Leah also serves as Secretary of the Royal St. Kitts Golf Club, a Councillor on the Council of Management of the Brimstone Hill National Park Society, and a Governor on the Board of Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College.
