John Zuliani is the President of Trans-Americainvest (St. Kitts) Limited, owner of the Royal St. Kitts Hotel and the Vacation for Life Condominium Development, a premier developer on the island of St. Kitts.
He was born in Canada and raised on the island of St. Kitts. John developed an appreciation and passion for the tourism industry and real estate development in St. Kitts at an early age, which led him to pursue studies in Tourism, Hospitality and Business Management in the U.S.A. He returned to St. Kitts in 2006, after completing his studies and took over the management of Trans-Americainvest
(St. Kitts) Limited.
He later founded the Vacation for Life Condominium Development in 2009, offering unique real estate products on the island of St. Kitts. Since its inception, John has renovated and expanded the Royal St. Kitts Hotel into a modern 4-star facility encompassing: 224 high-end condominium units featuring studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom suites and three-bedroom luxury villas, all equipped with modern amenities with access to resort facilities including spa services, restaurants, fitness
center, conference facilities and more!
Under his insight, the success of hotel development saw the expansion to luxury commercial facilities with the development of the Royal Plaza in 2018 and Royal Plaza II in 2022.
John Zuliani and his family are also committed to giving back to the Kittitian community and over the years have contributed to many charitable causes, most notably the St. Christopher Children’s Home; which helps orphaned children of the island not only with food, shelter, clothing and a loving environment but also by providing advanced educational opportunities to ensure a bright future for these young people.

John’s father, Mr. Alceo “Archie” Zuliani is recognized as a Pioneer of the Tourism industry in St. Kitts- Nevis, being one of the original hoteliers after the country became independent.

John Zuliani is an elite athlete who won the gold medal for Canada in the 2006 Skydiving World Championships in Vienna, Austria. He is also a licensed pilot.
