James Charles Taylor is a seasoned retail consultant with over a decade of international experience in transforming retail operations and shaping future store strategies. Having held senior roles at Egremont Group, Kurt Salmon (part of Accenture), and Tesco PLC, James has led high-impact projects across health retail, homeware, grocery, and fashion sectors. His expertise spans operating model development, digital retail transformation, and customer experience optimization, underpinned by a strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, and project and programme management. James moved to St Kitts and Nevis in January 2024 under the CBI programme and is proud to call the country his home.
