Adhar Srivastava is the Founder and Chairman of International Merchant Bank Limited in Nevis, offering corporate, private, and correspondent banking. He has led the bank’s global growth and built key correspondent relationships.

He also owns Surya Capitale Securities, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer in New York, and Soleil Motors SRL, a luxury sports car company in Milan. Mr. Srivastava holds degrees from NYU and an Executive MBA from Columbia, LBS, and HKU. He is ICC and ACAMS certified and is currently pursuing the OPM program at Harvard Business School.
