A highly respected banking professional, Mr. Liburd has built an impressive career grounded in strategic vision, sound financial management, business development, risk management, and relationship banking. His extensive industry experience has enabled him to successfully navigate a rapidly evolving financial landscape while fostering sustainable growth and innovation.

As CEO, Mr. Liburd has emerged as a progressive and dynamic leader, championing a customer-centric approach that places clients at the heart of the Bank’s operations.
